PTLLS Train the Trainer First Aid
TG Instructor Training are one of the countries leading First Aid Instructor Training Companies and now offer our Train the Trainer First Aid Courses which combines First Aid at Work Instructor/Assessor Courses with PTLLS Level 3.
Under current HSE Legislation it is not mandatory for individuals offering First Aid at Work Courses to have PTTLS if they have a recognised First Aid Instructor and Assessor qualification, although they have recently stated that they consider it to be best practice.
The PTLLS qualification is required by those wishing to offer training into any Adult Learning Sector such as a college or training that attracts Funding.
Our combined course includes the PTLLS training and First Aid Instructor and Assessor qualifications which enables learners to teach the full range of First Aid at Work Courses.

It is important to note that the HSE do not approve individual instructors, all HSE Approved Certifications must be awarded by an HSE Approved Centre or Awarding Body, there are minimum requirements for direct approval, for more information please contact us on 01206 580464 or visit the HSE Website at www.hse.gov.uk
You can register with an Awarding Body to issue certifications or you can register with ProTrainings, ProTrainings do not charge an Annual Fee or set up fee and all centres are designated their own online interactive dashboard which they can use to register courses, update training materials, register and monitor students and request certifications.
All Candidates receive a comprehensive First Aid Instructor Manual, with the materials required to provide the full range of First Aid at Work Courses, 13 PowerPoint Presentations and resources
Entry Requirements
All candidates must hold a current HSE Approved First Aid at Work Certificate, or be a registered Paramedic, Nurse or Doctor, proof will be required upon booking. All should have good first aid knowledge and skills
All entrants need to have the personal and intellectual abilities to acquire the knowledge and understand the skills needed to gain this award.
All entrants must be able to read effectively and communicate clearly and accurately in written and spoken standard English
This course also allows learners to commence their professional development within the teaching profession.
